By creating an account or using the RF Raiden website and game server, you accept these terms and the Server Rules published on this site.

If you do not accept them, do not create an account and do not use the service.

RF Raiden is a community-operated private server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original publisher or developer of Rising Force Online.

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of availability, data retention or continuity.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Account sharing, selling or transferring is at your own risk and voids account recovery assistance.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates the Server Rules.

The Server Rules published at /community-rules form part of these terms.

Automation, client modification, exploit abuse and real-money trading are prohibited and may result in permanent termination.

All in-game items, currency and progress are virtual, hold no real-world value, and remain part of the service.

Donations are voluntary contributions toward hosting and development. Any rewards attached to a donation are a courtesy, not a purchase of property.

Donations are non-refundable once the associated rewards are delivered.

Maintenance, downtime, wipes, rollbacks and configuration changes may occur.

We aim to announce planned changes in advance through the news section, but cannot guarantee notice for emergency maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators are not liable for any loss of data, progress, virtual items or donations.

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced in the news section.

Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
