Game data: characters, progress, in-game actions, contribution and ranking figures.
Technical data: IP address and connection timestamps, used for security and abuse prevention.
Support data: the content of tickets you submit.
2. Why We Collect It
To operate accounts and the game service.
To detect and act on cheating, account theft and abuse.
To respond to support requests and appeals.
To publish rankings, which display in-game character names only.
3. What We Publish
Public rankings show character names, race, class, level, guild and score.
Account names, email addresses and IP addresses are never published.
4. Retention
Account and character data is retained while the account exists.

5. Sharing
We do not sell player data.
